		<description>You&#039;re right. It&#039;s now my impression that my bank should have been able to do something about this besides just closing my account. If the issue had gone much further, I would have most likely pursued my bank for the funds as well.</description>

		<description>I tend to think that you got a raw deal from PNC. I am no more an expert on the ACH system than anyone else, but I believe your bank can flag such transactions if they know the amount (and in this case, they would know the origin of the withdrawal as well). I would not be the least bit surprised to learn that they were unwilling or unprepared to stop these withdrawals, but I very much doubt they were powerless.</description>
